Refund policy

We have a 30-Days Return Policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

RETURN POLICY
All returns must be issued within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. Returned items must be in original condition and returned in original packaging. To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact at Info@ascendusa.co for a refund request. Please note that we do not accept returns from any retailer stores that carry our products. Please contact the retailer for any issues or concerns.

Return Conditions: Products must be unopened and in original condition. All products must be unused with original tags. All markdown sales are final and no exchanges or returns will be accepted on sale items. Limited edition products are not available for refund/exchange due to limited quantities.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges will only be given once item(s) have been fully returned (with order number attached). Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. ASCEND does not provide prepaid return labels but we are happy to cover the shipping costs for any new product that gets sent out during an exchange! REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If applicable, your refund will be processed, minus shipping cost, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We work hard to ensure that all items arrive undamaged, however it does happen. If any of your items are damaged on arrival, please reach out to our customer support ASAP to setup a return or replacement as needed.
